Leisure drinks from the Best



Berry homemade lemonade "Berry Mix" from the restaurant "Gianni" in TC "Hymen"



Ingredients (per 200 ml - glass)

  • Berries, 70 g (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • Mineral water
  • Strawberry slings
  • Ice "Frappe"

Preparation:

In a glass put fresh berries and mash. Add strawberry syrup and ice "frappe" to taste. All pour mineral water and mix. Before serving, decorate with fresh berries or fruit.

LYCHEE LEMONADE-FROM RESTAURANT TUTTO BENE



Ingredients:

  • Lychee puree, 25 g
  • Raspberry puree, 10 g
  • Sugar syrup, 20 g
  • Lemon juice 15 g
  • Mineral water, 200 g
  • Ice

Preparation:

All components of the mix. In the end, add the ice.

Ingredients:

  • One lemon
  • Mint, a few sprigs
  • Cucumber, slice 3-4
  • One lime
  • Water without gas, 1 l

Preparation:

Mash the pulp in a carafe of lemon and mint, add cucumber, lime, cut into slices. Pour all liter of water without gas and mix.

  • Raspberry, 50 g
  • Mint leaves 8
  • Raspberry syrup, 30-35 ml
  • Carbonated water, 40 ml
  • Ice, 6 pieces

Preparation:

All ingredients were mixed together in a blender.

Ingredients:

  • Melon, 200 g
  • Lime sorbet, 50 g
  • Honey (flower), 1 tsp.
  • Ice Cube 4
  • Raspberry (for decoration), 3 berries
  • Peppermint (for decoration), 3 petals

Preparation:

Melon pre-cooled in a refrigerator or cold water and for 2 hours. Cut the melon into four parts, remove the peel, put in a bowl of a blender. Add lime sorbet ball, honey and ice. Thoroughly whisk. Pour the finished drink in a beautiful glass, garnish with raspberries and mint.
